Pure Random Dispatch (Dice Button)
The dice button gives you a one-shot, pure-random dispatch override. It ignores wait time, partner variety, ladder positions, Elo ratings, and your league's configured algorithm. Perfect for breaking ties, mixing things up, or running a quick fun round.
How to Use
Click the Dispatch button as usual. When the propositions sheet opens, look for the small dice icon next to the Accept and Decline buttons on the first proposition. Tap the dice to instantly re-roll with a fresh, completely random set of matchups. Click Accept to send those players to the courts, or tap the dice again for another roll.
What It Does
- Includes only Idle players — players On Break or Not Available are excluded automatically
- Fills only enabled, available courts — disabled courts are skipped
- Generates up to 6 propositions in a fully randomized order
- Does not change your configured dispatch algorithm — it's a one-time override
- Does not affect Elo ratings or ladder positions until the games are actually finished
When to Use
Use the dice when the algorithm's first proposition feels stale, when you want to add variety after a long stretch of similar matchups, for fun warm-up rounds, casual demos, or quick tie-breakers. It's especially useful at the start of a session when no one has played yet and the algorithm has no history to optimize for.
Tournament Mode
The dice button is hidden during tournament mode — tournament dispatches always follow the bracket schedule and cannot be randomized.
