We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service: your name and email address (via Google sign-in), league membership, game results, scores, and player statistics. We do not collect payment information, location data, or browsing history.

Your data is used to operate League Dispatcher — managing leagues, dispatching players to courts, tracking game results, and generating statistics. We may also use aggregated and anonymized game data to improve our dispatch algorithms and develop recommendation features within the app.

Your personal data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Period.

Game data (scores, match outcomes, player pairings, timing) may be used in aggregated form to train and improve the dispatch algorithms and a future recommendation engine within League Dispatcher. This data is used solely to improve the quality of matchmaking and the player experience within the app.

Your data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in Canada. We use encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and follow industry security best practices. Access to production data is strictly limited.

Your data — including game history, scores, and statistics — is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may also request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

League Dispatcher is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, disputes, or damages arising from the use of the service. Users participate in league activities at their own risk.
